Possible Attempted Abduction of a 3-year-old Boy in Middletown, Delaware
Middletown, Delaware -- According to New Castle County Police, a mother living in the 600 block of Taylor Court in Fox Hunter Crossing near Middletown reported that, at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday (8/27), her 3-year-old son was lured out of his backyard sandbox to the surrounding property fence by an unknown woman. When the mother of the boy saw the woman lean over the fence, she yelled for her son to come to house, which he did.
The unknown woman and a man were then seen headed north on Choptank Road in an older model red or maroon four-door vehicle. The woman was between 40 and 50 years old, 5-feet 7-inches tall, with brown shoulder-length, wavy hair. She was wearing a green raincoat style jacket with blue jeans. The man with her was between 50 and 60 years old with short white hair.
